The original flat-roofed art deco home on this property was built in 1938 and the new owner stayed true to its style when embarking on a massive renovation and addition project in 2020. Through extensive additions it is now a sprawling estate that is perfect for family life and for entertaining. The home’s many features include an infinity edge pool, a theater room, a sixteen car show garage, and a 40′ long skylight.
