New Garage – Louisville, KY
The location of this garage was an important initial consideration of the project as the owners wanted to have a view to the back of the lot, keep a mature tree, and also create a new outdoor living area. We aligned the garage with an existing extension on the house, which created a direct path to the new structure and also helped enclose an outdoor room in between. The extra-large two car garage features a half bath and a kitchenette with a sliding serving window, allowing it to double as entertainment space.
